Our Executive Coaching programme is specifically designed for senior professionals. We tailor each programme to meet the unique needs of each individual.

 

This programme is ideal for:

  • Organisational Leaders who need a confidential external sounding board. 

  • Managers and Team Leaders, including executives, managers, team leads, and senior individual contributors.

  • Entrepreneurs and Business Owners who are keen to develop their leadership abilities and grow their businesses. 

 

How it works:

 

We usually recommend an initial batch of six to ten sessions over a 3 month period. Sessions are held virtually, but can be provided in-person if required (for an additional cost).

We also provide a free initial consultation with each client to ensure they are a good fit for the programme and motivated to make changes. 

For organisations who wish to offer coaching to more than one individual, we can offer a 'bank' of hours to be spread amongst the participants according to their needs.
