Who is it for?

Our Lifestyle Coaching program is specifically designed for professionals working in demanding environments. We tailor each programme to meet the unique needs of each individual.

 

This programme is ideal for:

  • Organisational Leaders who recognise the importance of wellbeing in achieving overall success.

  • Managers and Team Leaders, including executives, managers, team leads, and individual contributors.

  • Entrepreneurs and Business Owners who are seeking strategies to manage stress and optimise their wellbeing.

  • Key talent who may be at risk of burnout. 

  • Work Returners: those returning to work after a period of sickness, maternity leave or sabbaticals.

How it works:

 

We usually recommend an initial batch of six sessions over a 3 month period. Sessions are held virtually, but can be provided in-person if required (for an additional cost).

We also provide a free initial consultation with each client to ensure they are a good fit for the programme and motivated to make changes.
